Haunted Mansion Hallwayby ~britmodtokyo

Customization / Wallpaper / HDTV & Widescreen

A wallpaper mimicking the design of the "hall of doors" in the Haunted Mansion at various Disney theme parks throughout the world.

Necessity is the mother of invention. It's hard to find high quality Disney (or cartoony) wallpapers for such a big screen, so I made my own.

The original image can be found here. I take no credit for that.

I added the gradient, texturing and color, and placed parts of the pattern "by hand," as simply making repeating the pattern didn't line up right. I hand-selected (with the wand tool) each little eye-ball to make sure they were all white.

There was probably an easier way to do that, but I hadn't used Photoshop in a while, so.

If you use the magic wand tool and uncheck "Contiguous" it will select all the pixels in the image that are that color.
